Jean-Marc Boillot settled to Pommard in 1985, having worked in the family domain on Volnay, then at the trader Olivier Leflaive to Puligny-Montrachet.
Today, he exploits 11 hectares of vineyards with his two children, Benjamin and Lydie, and a team of four persons works in vineyards all year round.
The plots of land are distributed on the municipalities of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.
Jean-Marc Boillot created his own trade in wines in 1989.
Working only stemming white wines essentially of the Côte Chalonnaise, he converts into wine and raises these appellations in the same way as his wines of properties.
Grounds are argilo limestone and for the greater part in hillsides, with an average age of 50 years.
